  • good one. no wonder you've been a mediocre primary care rep your entire career. enjoy that raised ranch and used mini van
Your mom doesn’t mind the rug burns in the back of the town and country…but hate to break it to you…those aren’t ranch stains on the third row…now be a good lil’ bish and go make your new step-dad a sandwich.

  • Hahaha you hate DEI so much please go work for a company that doesn’t support it,, because I’m sure you’ll also find those companies will pay YOU less for your skillset and/or have worse benefits than this socialist danish company that believes in DEI. Please don’t let the door hit you on your way out.
Are you talking about a danish company going out the USA's door, or about an American company out Denmark's door? Or is it another door?

  • It’s 100% on Anya as she created all this DEI crap and a Happiness Department.

All the DEI hires are unhappy that they have to actually work vs when they were in community volunteer roles.

And the Happiness Department? Well, we all see how that’s been working out !

  • Pay is only good if you are comparing to PCP rep jobs. When comparing to higher end specialty and or rare disease jobs, the pay here is well below standards. I mean 135-140 may have been decent maybe 8-10 years ago but it’s really lame in 2025.
Pay is excellent if you’re in the PCP HIV role, which isn’t a speciality position nor is it rare disease.

The fact they all took the 135 - 140 base, serves as proof that they know they can’t make this high of an income any place else with their sales skillset.

If they were as skilled & as marketable as they feel they are, we’d see a mass exodus of vacant territories.

But since they can’t find anyone who’ll pay them more, they stay.
