Exactly true. Anyone with a brain and competence is gone and is leaving. Everyone is helping each other get out since Nick came on board. EVERYONE who associates with him cannot deal with him. So now back door sneaky discussions are being had and THIS is the last straw for MC. Been here toooo long to see what's going on. HR is a mess. There is canoodling with certain ppl at WLV! The evolve study results are really interesting. The fact that people feel that cant challenge the status quo usually means their direct manager. We do need mangers, we do need their help and guidance--but do we need them up our arse for 48 hours once a month? I am lucky my manager gets in and out. Does a breakfast, or a lunch then moves on. My counterparts next district over has a dbm who is a joke. Friends the customers on insta and FB (reps arent even) and tries too hard. IDK, my experience before coming here was one visit a quarter with a field ride. Then there are the weekly meetings and the weelky one on ones. Is there really that much to talk to about. People did do virtual visits a few years ago coming out of covid with reps. I guess my suggestion is dig into the why people feel the way they do. And truly make it anonymous, because 99 x out of 100 people are fearful of retaliation.
