  • I've never worked for a company with as many unhappy coworkers as BMS. Most are sick of the executive title hanging carrot to do extra work that doesn't actually lead to a promotion, tired of the micromanaging AI call suggestions and tired of management not listening to the sales force. I actually think they want us to leave so they dont have to pay severance. That's why working here sucks so bad and if you stay you feel like you are selling your soul and wasting your time on soon to be expired products.
    BMS blows!

  • I think they do care, which is my concern. But companies like Eli Lilly also have federal contracts, and their drug panels exclude THC completely. Ultimately just hoping someone has insight into the level of discretion HR has and how conservative this company tends to lean.
    If you have a medical card it is probably fine. Ask the lab when you take your drug test.
