Reaz just dropped the bombshell: 'We have a strategy for FY25.' Wow, truly groundbreaking. My fingers are crossed he announces he's stepping down and taking his entire crony squad with him. Honestly, the guy looked like he just rolled out of bed after a 'late-night meeting' with a subordinate. The only strategy we need is a new leader.

That is the problem in my opinion with the current state we are in. The people who actually work who are going in day and day out to offices, aren’t necessarily the ones being promoted. The people being promoted are people who are playing around on ERG‘s attending meetings, doing projects for managers and just basically networking, my area is full of these people. They’re not actually doing a job. They are masterful at promoting themselves. This self promotion and lack of actually contributing is affecting the bottom line. There are other issues, but this is a big one.
