  • Please be more positive! There are great People here!
    There’s no doubt that there are great people here, but staying positive is difficult when executive leadership continues to mismanage the company. A lack of vision and viable strategy, a series of poor business development deals, and ongoing reorganizations have done little to boost morale, engagement, or confidence in the company. Meanwhile, none of the C-level leaders have been held accountable for the poor decisions that led to this situation.

  • Needs very little in today's AZ when real layoffs occur. For the last several years, layoffs are handled by HR and a 3rd party to avoid biases. The "forced rankings" are more about weeding the herd during a given year. Think GE mentality of always culling the bottom 10% based on sales, behaviors and market dynamics.
