What is he supposed to say? Is management supposed to tell you that huge cuts will be coming…then you will stop working.

The day of the pharma rep is over. AI, remote reps who work for a fraction of the price, formularies/rebates dictating product section. Get a back up plan. Especially here. One molecule that every one knows about. What is there to sell?

Business wasn’t the topic you brought up, so don’t try to spin it now that your misogyny has been exposed- the way you kept your mouth shut when leadership was predominantly white men & you ONLY saw homogeneous leadership as a problem once people who look like you are no longer at the center.

So follow your own advice.
You won’t spin this topic into business performance.

I know it feels uncomfortable for you to take a look in the mirror at yourself. Anytime white men are forced to look at their actions, suddenly you all shift the topic to business performance, reverse racism and/or you attempt to guilt & muzzle others by making the discussion of your own history hate speech.
