This place is the worst place I have ever worked. The management in Vet sciences is horrendous. All the staff is miserable and the morale is extremely low. The favoritism is unreal. They let insane things get brushed under the rug. While little things they escalate if they don’t like you. They try to plant things and make things up to get people fired. And they’re far from being educated. I’ll never understand how they got their jobs. It has to be because they were just as corrupt as the person before them who got them the job. This is a group of uneducated, horrible, non compassionate, racist people. I’ve worked in several departments in this company and this was by far the worst. The whole department should get laid off and just outsource the work honestly. They have a horrible reputation all over the industry.

Team with the highest turnover in the past 2 years? The LA district from what I’ve seen. 8 people out the door in less than 2 years. People don’t leave their jobs. They leave their managers.
