  • Immunology has a great culture compared to Specialty. Specialty has managers who are creating lots of turnover with reps because of toxic behaviors. Some teams don’t even have any reps that the manager didn’t hire and some are hiring new reps and they’re leaving, too.

  • I love Rare Disease especially the products and patients we help But it is so micro managed. Home office is clueless and they impede our success. Leadership has no idea and the stress level is impossible. It is not Rare Disease.
    No one cares about rare disease in this company. It’s a distraction and a cost. It looks good on paper but that’s about it. Novo has bigger issues to solve.

  • I am in another region but I can say I have heard plenty bad about SP and my heart goes out to the reps and managers.
    We have had a more positive experience in our region.
    SP is horrible. Can't be trusted.

  • Most of my region has been dismantled by Shawn. I am not afraid to say it. No repercussions as I am gone. I remain the ultimate professional.
    I respected my job but I respect myself more. So I left.
    So have many others
    And so will many more
    SP is the only reason I left Phathom. He can't be trusted. Snake in the grass.
