  • What a bunch of cry babies. Nobody gonna hire you from there unless it’s another PCP type job.

  • This made me LOL.

Pay McKinsey all you want. Follow their advice at your own peril.

  • David will never undermine his herd of lemmings like this. He has PW’s and KC’s ear that his minions are the cream of the crotch. This stink fest just won’t stop
Everyone needs to wake up. Did adding the DEMS team really increase revenue? I think in some cases Regeneron is paying for reps who aren’t working. How many of these people were DEI hires? How many have been kicked out of offices? How many claim to have excellent conversations with RS that have never even happened? Worst joke ever on us and an embarrassment.

  • I prefer to just tell my BD that I respectfully don't care about being promoted if it requires extra projects and the burdensome PM process complete with STAR examples. I'll use the time I save doing something actually meaningful. I'll just make my calls and ensure the reports look good, leave me alone. Thanks.
I did something similar at a previous company. I showed up at my mid year PM meeting with an empty sheet of paper. My manager asked me what was going on. I said that I wasn't interested in fighting for a 1-2% raise. I also told him he was free to give it to someone else as long as I wasn't required to do any PM management BS. No STAR examples, no special projects, no butt kissing, no "What good looks like" detailing examples, just deliver numbers. I told him the process was broken and I wasn't interested in participating in it. I still received a 1.5% raise because my territory exceeded plan even though budgets were "tight" that year.
