    Where are all those MANIPULATION talking points that White Men PREACHED to bamboozle the rest of us:

    “Respect authority”
    “Pray for your leaders”
    “Stop being lazy & looking for a handout. Work harder & pull yourself up by the bootstraps”

    It’s only when control starts slipping from the fingers & hands of white men that all those propaganda tag-lines suddenly stop too.

    This, these tag-lines, these talking points, is the advice that white men Preached, so Stand On It!!!

  • SP’s ego and inability to see value or trust the people that he hired has killed this company. I have no idea how an ASD has so much influence or power. Maybe cleaning house was the best way to get this train back on track! Jonathan, set the tone. You lead and make sure SP follows YOU, not the other way around. Based on what I see, you and SP are nothing alike. Keep it that way.
    In addition Shawn Peter has fired so many talented hard working sales representatives that this company should be concerned of the repercussions. In short, Shawn needs to be let go or offered a Rep position.

    Never in my life have I seen an area director with so much power over a company. His fear tactics, dishonesty, and dictatorship type leading make no one want to follow. This man alone has caused reps to take leave due to their own health declining. Shawn Peter ruins people that have spent a successful lifetime in this industry.

    When any of us hear the words Shawn Peter, there is a deep seated animosity that ruins all of Phathom Pharma. He has gone against every respectable pillar they tried to build this company on. He is a know it all, self serving leader, tyrant, dictator, liar, narcissist, untrustworthy, playground bully that no one wants to play with any more.

    People are now leaving Phathom because of Shawn Peter. Good people, strong reps, because he has rocked this boat so much that it’s beyond repair- unless you get rid of him. No one wants to be at a company with SP as an area director. Let him be a rep. He’s so great, let’s have him show us how it’s done.

    Please send him on his way. He is a bad man amongst amazing people. Don’t let it go any farther.

  • Agreed with above post! The most frustrating part of this job is the amount of fakery management wants us to input so they look good on a spreadsheet. Brodsky is so clueless setting the expectation to have 8 target calls and two other calls a day. It’s just forcing reps to enter fake calls to get off a list…such smoke and mirrors

    Plus…No territory wants or needs a bag 3. There are so many scenarios where bag 3 has1 target in clinics with other non-targets aligned to Bag 1 & 2 so there are 3 reps trying to gain access with lunches and activity in the same offices. No clinic wants 3 Vraylar Reps!

    Let’s not forget all the shitty no access providers that pop up on our panels that create the illusion we have enough providers to call in to make those 8-10 calls daily.
    Your confirmations truly help as we finalize the significant downsizing. seniority success age race tenure will not be taken into consideration as you have stated that the entire sales force regularly falsifies calls. You and many others will soon be looking for a new job outside of abbvie
