  • Doubt it will do anything at all. They sued stryker over a year ago. Nothing has happened.

  • I just want to say I see how much support we get from corporate. We are the most supported folks in the entire company. So it’s a little heartbreaking to see anonymous posts criticizing leadership and each other instead of trying to work together.

We’re all on the same team and I really believe we can do great things when we support each other. If things feel tough, maybe reach out or share ideas in a positive way.

Staying focused and working together is the best way to get results and feel good about what we do. Let’s keep pushing and lifting each other up!
I also used to think this. And I defended the company very hard on here. That’s something I’ve come to regret. I do not believe they were worthy of my defense and that there is certainly truth to what everyone else is saying here. Wha happened to them, happened to me too. I have a huge setback and I wish the setback made me want to do med device more, and have that fire. But to basically be poached at the top of my game just for it to come crumbling down for things outside my control and basically ruin all the work I’ve done. Makes me not want to restart again . And if they could just focus on the company, the people who keep losing out, and the anger on the workforce instead of suing everyone in a game they won’t win they would be better for it. I’m all game for defending patents. But to say every single company complied them like 10 years after that and expect anything to happen is pretty wild. There’s millions of people in the world with Lapiplasty and Lapiplasty like devices already implanted, it’s not going to change anything.

What could change something is hearing the guys on the bottom line and do the work it takes to get the company from the back of the pack because they didn’t want to innovate past enough to the front without losing their humility and integrity. Right now they are the copiers and followers - not the opposite. And you need to be able to see that and not always drink the Koolaid. Had I listened to the people here my life might have been very different.

  • This chain did its job. Prevented the shrew from heading Access. Significantly downgraded her role. Mission accomplished. Good night & goooood luck!
the ultimate goal was to get her out of here but that was an uphill battle because as long as Lurch is at the top, this company will not progress forward
