They say they want 5-6 calls a day in rare disease, and now with smaller territories that is next to impossible if your not calling on non targets who won't even remotely write for your drug. You give them what you want and they will question you about it, which is asinine! I would agree with all of the posters above, Keira and Monia and some of the mangers who are too afraid to stick up for their reps are crap! They need a refresh and reflush here, and we know it wasn't the past reps that's for sure! I have seen plenty of BS on Cafe Pharma and come here for a good laugh, but this thread is sadly spot on.
