This consistent turnover highlights potential issues within the management strategies and overall organizational environment, signaling a need for reflection and improvement in leadership practices.
Of course it was a conflict of interest. He fire saled renal to his buddies at Carlyle. Would love to know how much Carlyle equity Joe still holds or what under the table promises were made privately behind closed doors. Foolish to think there was not some tangible present or future financial benefit to Joe for the way this went down, instead of the spin-off that was supposed to happen. And the board just went with it...
Billy exported the McKinky squad model from GNE to bayer? Poor bastards.
You seem to have been been around for awhile. I’ve got some tenure too but only just passed $1.4mm in 401K. Debt free also. Paid off my home 12 years ago. I have zero regrets about working here. The autonomy has allowed me to be there and watch my children grow into adults. Wouldn’t trade that for the world. Company seems to be headed more towards contract workforces now, but I’m fine with that. I have recruiters reach out often enough and haven’t even updated my LinkedIn in probably 5 years. I’ve sold copiers before this. No matter what comes I’ll be just fine.
