  • Nobody has to work…. Just create the illusion you are working. Post on the company engage pages, enter fake mchats, lie about some outside the box project u are working on. Numbers don’t matter since impact measures came into play. They can always move the goal post w numbers and withhold bonus…. That’s what’s we’ve learned. Impact measures is where it’s at w NNI! Fool your overpaid manager = key to success at NNI. No where else though: other companies are about sales . NNI is about the song and dance. We have it pretty good bc our company is stupid. Exhibit A: They pay educators to NOT SELL

  • They are leaving due to managers and hostile work environment. Interviewed with manager Bill P. from Chicago - Immunology recently. He's smartest man in any room, just ask him. He's not, overcompensates being arrogant, argumentative, critical of current employees. Told me he doesn't need his manager, Mel, to interview potential candidates, she is not competent to hire the right person. He also negative about current Access & Reimbursement Managers, stating they don't know how to do their job. Pathetic lil man!
    This sounds just like the MidAtlantic Manager. Not only is he the smartest man in the room, he is also the best salesperson that has ever worked for MNK. HE tells this to everyone all day everyday. What he fails to mention is that 1 he was only selling into one therapy and two it was during the days of pay to play. Remember that lawsuit? Ha. They are all the same, clones. No big deal, that’s why there are better companies out there.

  • Contract companies are raping the industry for anything that is left worth having. They keep a big chunk for themselves for nothing more than administering a pay cheque.
    Bonus is arbitrary. Car allowances are a joke. And don’t even think about benefits. They are awful. Go back to school. I am.
    If a contract company pays 100k base with 20k target bonus, what cut is the contract company getting from the manufacturer?
