    PowerPoint and Excel are overrated. It’s all about relationships. That is what all us weak sales types like to say. That’s all we got.

  • It seems that companies across the board are passing on candidates over 50-55. Everyone I know who is out of work and over 50 is struggling to find work. I have been passed over 3x for jobs where I’m far more experienced than the person they hired.
