I know several people pushed out because of low sales, yet some still hit there quota! At this rate if they keep doing that they will get sued. Some people in single digits via the last report and one of the people in our region they said, that person moved on, and person hit quota so I think if your hiring manager didn't hire you they might have more skin in the game to retain you, but if not they are pushing you out for their own people regardless of the bullshit things they come up with. "It's not personal" is the biggest line of bullshit, it is when you're letting good people leave or pushing them out. Quit trying to be a Primary Care POS company and hire the right leaders!
