ITC had the opportunity to be an incredible place to work. The money was pretty good. The RSU program was very generous. So much so it gave leadership a license to treat people badly. Praying the experience with J an J is better/different. Nothing to lose now so hopefully our leaders will ease up a little on the fear and intimidation.
HTF is AP still in charge of the goal methodology for AU? Of the 32 largest volume territories in the country, bringing in the largest profits for the company, only 15 are at goal YTD. The #1 volume territory has 2,853 NTRx YTD equating to over 3,000,000 and that rep hasn’t hit goal in all of 2025, yet is in the top 15 for NBRx. In fact 3 people currently ranked in the top 10 have less total volume then the 96 NBRx she has and her total volume QTD is 1,028 NTRx, yet she’s ranked 169 vs. the #1 territory at 192 NTRx. Do you see a problem lolly pop kid from munchkin land??? Over a million dollars in profit per quarter and not even hitting goal vs. territories bringing in less than 200K and making 30K in commission. I knew you weren’t bright, but I didn’t realize you took the short bus when you were a child. Not a single outside consulting company would ever sign off on the nonsensical compensation plan you created because the witch can’t comprehend math. Who are you trying to motivate munchkin?
