Correct on this. They see the obvious and they still keep people who have screwed the process up over and over! ASPN Iis a complete joke!! We are still having so many issues. Doctors are tired of it. Coverage is also very bad. No wonder everyone in the field is looking to get the hell out of here. The worst boys club ever! NM was a mistake. Now we got the idiot in NY???? OMG. Everyone knows that they don't do things in an orthodox manner..

JD's replacement gets it! thankful we have someone who understands the rare space and the rigged IC plans that favor certain STMs, time to drain the swamp

This is the problem with Gilead. They don't know how to compete. If all efficacy/safety were equal among our products and competition, Gilead would lose every time. There's a lot to really love here at Gilead but I've gone backwards in skills since coming here 5 years ago. I've learned to accept the activity check box busy work because they compensate me well but it makes the job depressing.

I had the weird and unpleasant experience having this new FL RD Brian at a couple of workshops. Why in the world would Wendy hire this guy let alone move him from redneck land putting him on Miami.
My treatment rep knew him at Pfizer. He had been a lifelong rep, never managed anybody yet comes across telling us who know 10x more that we are wrong. He tries to correct everyone when he is actually wrong & totally clueless of what he is yelping about.
Never in my life has someone cut off reps, disagreeing with people who have decade of experience in HIV as well as countering/contradicting other managers and matrix members. Doesn't listen to anyone and if he hears what he doesn't like, then he runs over to Wendy crying in her ear. Those 2 were adjoined twins all week. I truly don't understand the connection there????
