Wendy lovely personality and nice but doesn't have leadership skills. She has task management skills which her previous roles in Payer were, but not leadership skills.
Cheerleading & pee wee sports stuff come across as Fake.
We all know now she doesn't have an eye for talent and can't hire as the FL RD is likely the worse in the entire company.
She is out of position as ED, needs to be back in a single contributor role.

I was told that the first two weeks of training are virtual. We may have to go to HQ to certify after that but they aren’t sure whether it will be done in person or virtual because it’s around July 4th. Don’t listen to the haters.
