James-you need to downsize. Period. Too many IS/Adult reps working part time and too small of territories. Too many VAE’s/VKALs: two per state. They can travel. Some have 3 accounts, they should have 20 (industry standard). RAEs: what do they do?
Nobody has to work…. Just create the illusion you are working. Post on the company engage pages, enter fake mchats, lie about some outside the box project u are working on. Numbers don’t matter since impact measures came into play. They can always move the goal post w numbers and withhold bonus…. That’s what’s we’ve learned. Impact measures is where it’s at w NNI! Fool your overpaid manager = key to success at NNI. No where else though: other companies are about sales . NNI is about the song and dance. We have it pretty good bc our company is stupid.
