I don’t think they’ll wait until year end for a reorg. Fired Lars which means they don’t like the strategy. If you don’t like the strategy then the sales footprint must not be right either? And if they don’t like Lars direction what about US direction? Being more than 50% of profits and sales, the US structure isn’t working, and needs to change! Not in 2026. More likely in the fall.

I didn't hear of her before this post so can't speak to how true all this is but she joined a sales call with legal last week. She rudely hijacked the legal presentation with Jm and the l&i lawyer. Some leaders love the sound of there own voice but she obviously needs training on conduct in group meetings.

You mean the DE team? Seriously folks, with a new CEO coming soon, do you think we’ll keep doing this shit the same way? The one thing I am sure of is that the gaslighting will continue. Negelle will soon say business as usual and your RBDs will push for more scrutiny in coaching the sales team that is apparently failing ……

I'm generally optimistic but they cut revenue guidance by 40 percent and margins are horrendous. What is being done about that ?
