More than a marketing department, we need the authority to push these scripts through like we once did. I have over a dozen in the Sterling hub- some sitting there since the last week of March. Things started going down hill when they took the power to train patients and pull scripts through. We are a device company- small, but still a device company. We are not big pharma. Never will be unless someone purchases us. It does not take an MBA to figure out what needs to be done for this product to be a success but the “good ole boys club” refuses to do it. Shame on them!
