This victim mindset isn't going to get you anywhere. If you want to grow, it's MOSTLY on you. Your peers, managers, leadership can only help you so much. If you're someone who needs a lot of managing and cannot identify where opportunities lie, I'm sorry but you're not going to grow. Take this as criticism or take this as advice, up to you.

I make more than that and work 60-80 hours a week.

I sleep with my hottie mgr so life is good here.

You have one dud drug that barely works best case and burns the crap out of most. Overloaded and overpaid mgt team. This equals big money loser and and shutdown. The good news is sales are so low the OIG could care less about off label, not worth their time. Good luck!
