  • Disagree as much as you would like. That whole premise of playing fav's is why AZ went the other way. Been a first line mgr. for some time. I have had zero input over the last few layoffs I have been part of. To be honest, I haven't forced ranked anyone in several years. But other TA's may still be doing that.

    And every time period from 2017 on this stock has significantly underperformed the average index fund with lots less risk.
