pit reps against eachother. Even better pit reps cross-companies against eachother. Managers are still higher on food chain than individual contributors and have lifestyle, kids, mortage to keep up. Have multiple reps sell (if it’s sell ha…) to same account….Meanwhile executive leaders profit off pyrimid scheme while people at bottom kill eachother to survive.

Now this is a true statement. You don’t have to do any work here. You can work once a week and nobody will be the wiser. It’s not like they can afford to fire people.
