    people are begging for support and this is your dipshit response. This manager is horrible and has a proven track record of abusing reps. Plain and simple look at the team, look at the morale. It's DEAD bc of LE. Every rep is walking on eggshells afraid to speak up. Zero energy. Supporting a leader like this says everything we need to know about what kind of person you are at your core. You would think a true leader would want to empower their people, not suppress them. DO BETTER.

  • TOO many chiefs at amgen/pharma in general:) tendancy to hire/promote their own once they get seniority - hopefully djt will close the h1's and jobs will open for amer. or at least better diversity

    funny how the ones yelling “just leave” are usually the ones nobody’s recruiting. bayer, novartis, and others are reaching out and offering more $ — we’re not stuck, we’re just documenting what leadership refuses to fix. stay mad.
