They have no idea either. It's "fake it 'til you break it" idiocy.
As of last summer when I left the contract - it was $75K base, and about 25K target for bonus. Car included but yes it comes out a little bit each paycheck. PPO coverage is about $700-900 for a family of 4 per month. (can't remember exactly how much was taken out each paycheck). Yes the PTO is descretionary, however a guy I went to training with took 2 weeks off to go on vacation with his family after working with us for 9 months, and he was let go on his next day back.
Very real. Instead of firing the ppl blatantly lying about mileage to the tune of five figures, they chose to not fill vacancies in an attempt to course correct the budget. If you think leadership is bad, know it's worse than one can actually fathom.
