Anyone know where or why Lobo left? Not just the standard BS replies please. Did he get tired of fighting all the crap or did he truly get better job? I'm so tired of not having half the stuff other JnJ companies have. What's up with that? You have to feed your cash cow every great now and then!

Gut feel is a bit of both...

'WW President' in Endo means you bite the bullet for a big sales plan, without having a lot of influence on how to do it. HR, R&D, and IT are out of your hands. Getting things done is tied up more and more in centralized bureaucracies and corporate BS.

Add this to GCF, a 90% multiplier, and worthless options over the last 5 yrs. Kevin probably found he could do better, or at least not lose any more by sticking around.

Simply put He has pursued other opportunities out side the JnJ umbrella , we wish him all the best .
Or may be he is on special assignment ?
