Would you come on board with Ethicon's Women's Division?

A manager contacted me about an open territory in the midwest, but I am skeptical after reading what is posted. Are the post for real? Is it really that bad or are some people just mad? Ethicon is thought of as a great company, but I am not sure about the women's division. What's the story? I am looking for serious replies only please.
 






Unless you are a pharma rep desperate to break in, EWHU is not the place to be. If you are a pharma rep desperate to break in you would be better off in a different division. This division's future is bleak. People are leaving left and right and cannot get out fast enough. The products are good but way overpriced compared to their competitors. They have brought in a new VP to that is known to close out divisions for Johnson and Johnson. Just my advice, but this is not the place to be right now.
 


I'm kind of a new rep, there are 8 people in our division, 1 resigned last week, 1 more is resigning next week, 2 people are on plans, and 5 of 8 are actively interviewing. Hale to FIDEL CASTRO!!!!!!! way to set the standards at the NTM.

I agree with Jonsey. Avery bright future awaits, with all of the new products, and great leadership team in place, he is the greatest, and we need to help him deliver on something/anything so people wont call him names in the field and he might have a few customers respect him.
 


I am currently in retail and what to make the move to device and I was told to start at EWHU, but I dont want to give up my job at the mall just to be un-employed soon if this place goes down. Please honest replys only!
