Nice lobby but...

Very poor organization, grossly understaffed, no work/life balance. Poor compensation (you get what you pay for). This place could rock, but it doesn't. If you're a digital creative, skip this place, look at one of their sister agencies. If you're print, you may like it.

Yes, the people who run that place are cast-offs from CDM who all have narcissistic personality disorders. They are constantly at each others throats, and create a hellish work environment. Not to mention the fact that they can't hold on to business and are relegated to praying that Celgene doesn't see the light and pull their business.
