Someone please explain why so much emphasis on energy? We are getting out asses handed to us by new technologies. I was just told that we lost the entire Barnes-Jewish system to the Sonicision. We don't need more reps, we need a better product. Ligasure is easier to use than the new Enseal, Sonicision is liked by surgeons, and the new Harmonic is nothing more than an answer to reprocessing (still has a cord). Again, spend money on R&D, not more people to sell crappy products!
