Earlier this year, RS Medical got financially spanked by the OIG for fruad, which was unveiled by a whistle blower who received almost $300K.

Are the unlawful practices found by the OIG still ongoing? If so, who will be the next whistle blower?

Fraud is definite still going on with AM VB still being employed!!! RS is going down, but the dumbasses that still work there think it's not. Fedio left bc he knows what is going on. JK is doing a fire sale and trying to get as much money out of the company before it does down. The employees aren't getting their expenses reimbursed, mileage isn't the federal rate, instead its .23 cents a mile. Chart notes are being fixed so they get paid, LOMNs are forged and this is why health care is going up, bc companies like this.

The OIG just needs to shut this company down!!!

Here is a FACT from someone who was there. VB is in gross violation of PA law which requires that anyone who fits DME must have a license from the State after taking appropriate approved classes, testing, and being certified by BOC. Period. None of the Victor B minions have done this. I am sooooo tempted to blow this whistle. Once I find the e-mails I sent to RS informing them of this, I will.

I was taught by my regional to fake those bone growth stim order forms& encouraged to forge chart notes. Also, the hardship waiver was greatly abused to defraud medicare. The unrealistic expectations to sell 30, 40, 50 grand worth of that tired crap each month combined with ineffective auth and reimbursement process contributed to almost every rep I knew cutting corners. Also, now that I'm with a real company I realized the abuse of the sunshine act/stark law was tremendous. You can't buy lunch for the same doctor every month. You can spend 50 dollars a year that's it and it must be reported to sunshine act. Probably the only reason anyone ordered is because we were kicking them back with coffee, snacks, lunches. I take responsibility for my actions so I'm not preaching just pointing out the lack of any ethics reside in the companies core. # gladimgone!
