Not a coworker, not a competitor. Why or why wouldn't you date a pharma rep?
Nope. Job has too much instability and little value. If both partners work in pharma, it would be hard to feel financially secure. The future is bleak for anyone in industry today.
When I was in my early 30's and still single I saw the Jansen rep out at a bar one night. We started talking cause we saw each other in the field from time-to-time but never really talked except to say high. I banged her six way to Sunday for about 6 months. She was sweet! Wonder whatever happened to her?

A good friend and former colleague of mine married another rep that he met in one of the offices we called on. They've been married for around 10 years and have a couple of kids. He's moved on to a big time management position and she still does field sales. They make around $250k/year. Not a bad idea to date someone with common interests.
Big time management position?
I LMAO, and LOL'ed and ROTFL and HAHAHAHA.
Thank you for the comedy relief!
What's so funny? You wish you had his job and salary.
sure I do.
Big time management is not district or regional managment.
Also, a lot of stress comes with that political, corporate job. And stress is considered the number cause of death.
So, don't think money is everything, like you have been taught!
$250K you are buying a starter home in my City. One spouse can make pharma money but the other needs to go make real money!
