Old KC rep here (got out before Halyard) now working in tech sales. What's with the backorder? My KC buddies tell me that respiratory products aren't going out til April?

Old products company earnings are down. What is the future the old kc'ers think the company will get bought and they will prosper. Think again, driving 2 companies into the ground is not impressive.
