No all they have to do is find a way to get rid of Alito - The man is a menace and an utter embarrassment to the nations highest court.

No, that would be Ginsburg and Kagel. Kagel should have been recused from the Obamacare votes, because She was central in writing it.

The next POTUS will probably appoint 2 Supreme Court Justices. However that breaks out, this country is in for some serious consequences as it will jet (not drift) dramatically to one side or the other.
