Well the Thrombosis division is getting screwed and now the whole comp plan was re-vamped by some "A" hole pencil pusher... You got to love the idiots that bring in a motivational speaker and talk about how to retain people and then turn around a few weeks later and stick it to you in the pocket book! I am in the IVIG division and they did this to us las year and we lost a lot of good people, now Hematology is getting the low blows. What Grifols needs to do, is clean house on the higher up who don't know dick about how to run a company and that is pretty evident as a whole the company morale is very low.
In any organization, the culture starts at the top. As long as Victor is running the company it will continue to screw the sales people.
I disagree to a point, before the Talecris buyout the Culture was much better then you throw in some GSK people and the culture has slowly changed to a Big Pharma type of company, and we know how those shit holes are run. All the Pharma higher ups need to be de-programed because in the Biologic world that shit doesn't fly very well. It's laughable on how several divisions have over preformed and they get treated like crap. If you over preform you should be paid for it, pretty simple and pretty fair, but the world "Fair" isn't used here much anymore!
