This is all for the New Managment that was brought in to manage the service offerings. We have a message for you, don't be a dick. Your threats of firing and demotions are getting old. The fact is that your ability to manage and grow the business units has to do with your inexperience as a leader in this industry. Why is our market presence dwindling and why are we perceived both internally and externally as a second or third tier company? Why did you come here? Weren't qualified for anything else?
I'm sure we will get some second rate response from HR as this is nonsense. But hey look, HR has had turnover just like every other department. My favorite response is "shut up and get back to work".
