Honestly do not feel this was a coordinated pump and dump. Would not be surprise if Pernix releases statement afterhours on this Friday that they sold more shares into the market place (dilution).

There was a reason why Steve Cohen and most of the other large institutional share holders sold all of their shares. These are all smart Wall Street successful over the years investors. And it was not just one of them selling. But many of them selling. Would all of them be selling if a buyout was happening shortly ?

 

Stocktwit folks are expecting some big volume at end of day for those still having faith in rumors
