CEO's kids and the Victors kids make up 1% of the company. Couldn't they get a job in another pharma company and build their own legacy. I know I'm a jealous "hater" but if it were me I'd blaze my own trail.
From what I've seen, those kids have proven themselves pretty credibly here. The one nearest me has performed very well since coming on. If anything, I think they are under even MORE pressure to do well because we are watching them. And if MY dad had a company like Supernus?!?! I would absolutely be working there. And consider myself lucky for it. I'd also be more interested in the RD turnovers.
I agree, the nepotism thing is ridiculous. But why be interested in the RD turnover? They are just finally getting the ones who weren't meant for the job but not able to be fired out of the way. So far the turnover I have seen has been in the company's favor.
This post is BS. Both kids are professional and worked their ass off to get where they are. I know both of them and have spoken to them many times. Like the above post, I'm sure they are under more pressure to perform than any of us. In addition, I have never heard or seen either kids brag or boast about their family, position, or advantages. They are very humble.
