It doesn't seem to be working, 3 more reps left last week. Reps feel so burned by this company now. 10% is not going to keep people here especially when they're getting offered more than 10% to leave.
 
The part that really stinks is the fact we are selling a bunch of products for a company that is turning their back on us. Those of us that are lucky to hook on with the new company are going to look like carp cause we won't be able to sell anything for a full quarter!!! The ones that get let go will have to hope the bonus money will last until we find another job! Feels like we are being told to go take a "shower"

Because you jackwagons ran a round slinging 1000/1000 BOGOs one after another mucking up the vaccine business for everyone. Don't forget getting accounts to do you a solid on your way out loading the fridge.

Elanco pick up the BI rep and you have a quarters worth of Bios in the fridge so you reap what you soe.
