About a month before Zimmer absorbs the customers, they will call all the managers in to do presentations at a 5 star hotel. All the LDR managers will stand up and pull their pants down to their ankles and squeeze their little wee-wees begging for a job . It will be a site to see. All of the Zimmer managers will be listening and salivating like wolves in sheeps clothing. After two months, 9 out of 10 LDR managers will get pink slips (canned [with severance]). The End.
 


I could not agree with you more. I have met a few of these guys that are managers for LDR. Wow not very spine like for sure but can kiss some good butt however. How about that VP of sales are you kidding me. I hope they all cashed out and hospitals don't see them anymore.
 


now that the deal closed it is only a short wait until the LDR distributors are cut out. The LDR directs will stay on as a bridge to getting the ZB people trained, like a specialist for case coverage etc. The small distributors that LDR was there major line are all screwed. Check how many days notice they need to give you.....good luck.
