Sounds to me like someone is now having to grow to get paid. The merger didn't open your market to anyone...you did. Probably time you go.

if not for Encode, 3i would be a thing of the past. There is no real reason to use that implant besides of the unique impression patent. If they open it up to Zimmer to use, then Implant Direct, MIS, and Implant Direct can use it too. When is the patent up? Who the hell buys 3i??
 
Why use encode when you can contour the tissue and use a scan body for Nobel, Straumann etc

3i encode is so limited!! Who the hell thinks in this day and age it's a better solution than any of the other major players scan options??

Better patient care available elsewhere....
