    And we have:

    1. NO NUMBERS
    2. NO GOALS
    3. NO BASELINE
    4. NO IC PLAN DOCUMENTS

Has anyone received direction on the pediatric indication? We didn't get to add them to our call plan.

Is the 15% maximum non-target HCP true?

Can a company really legally wait until the end of a quarter to create a bonus plan? Can they start a new quarter with no plan? Do you all realize that we blindly signed our 1st quarter IC documents without proof of what they say they're documenting? Does anyone even know what the company has on paper for our call averages?

Is it true that BI has their numbers and their rankings already? I've heard they have had their data, ranking and IC info for quite some time.

Bi employees have access to a portal called "comp max" which is constantly updated and refreshed with ranking, data, goals etc.

Having no numbers, no goals, no baseline and no IC plan documents has been happening every quarter. We are being set up to fail. There is never any proof of anything they document. You can keep asking for explanations and you will never get answers. Call averages are not known b/c the data b/n BI and Ashfield in sales force is not shared. It's ashfields word against BIs word. that's why we have to take screenshots every week of our entered calls in veeva and email to Ashfield. I have never seen such a piss poor setup.
Bi employees have separate calls on ranking and everything else needed for job performance. They get the tools needed. We don't. Why?

I'm on a Spiriva contract. We are supposed to be taking screenshots of our calls? I guess that's a good idea. Some type of proof. It would be nice if we had some type of ongoing tracker, but since we get paid until a week before the quarter is over, it really doesn't matter.

I wonder why Ashfield blames BI for not getting them data? We were told by Ashfield that we didn't have numbers because BI didn't have numbers.

I can't wait until I have to send my screenshots into HR. Wait- do we really have an HR department? What do they do all day besides ignore us and give bad information to webinars that we are supposed to attend?

BI has sales numbers, ranking and goals. We know that for sure and some BI reps have shown us the comp max system. Why is it not being shared with Ashfield? Or is Ashfield not showing it to us?

Ashfield blames BI for lack of numbers, goals and lack of information. I've heard it come straight out of my Regionals mouth. Makes it had to manage a team when they know I'm full of shit for telling them the stupid excuses that my boss tells me. I would like to know about the American Express decline stories. Three people on my team had different stories. One had to use his personal card! My team is starting to check out and I can't blame them. They have mountains of questions and I used to try to get some answers. I don't even try anymore. My boss started coming down on me hard for small stupid things when I started asking questions for my reps. We are fucking sales people and we want to make money! What is wrong with asking for number and goals? What is wrong with asking for how we are gong to get paid and how much?

Anyone from home office on here? What does DM job security look like?

I think that you are right. Or at least time to consult with an employment attorney. I'm very curious about the bonus information and them having us sign plan docs with the quarter a week from quarter being over.

It also makes me wonder what else is going on behind the scenes.

Contract will be done by December. Make sure you are looking and networking!!!

Why have a salesforce with a product going generic and market share less than 1 percent.
