With all the different companies he has been with, doesn't anyone ever wonder why no one ever follows him? Like nobody as in zero people follow this dude.

Art. For the love of God, PLEASE stop calling us to try and smooth over your shit performance. They showed you the door. Stop pretending you left on your own or to protect the jobs of others. You are a liar and you know it.

Please note that Relypsa now has its own forum. We've moved the thread to the forum, but encourage you to create new threads for different subjects. This will make it easier to discuss specific issues.

    Thank you!

A lot of recent promotions to VP, many well deserved but couldn't help but notice the common thread, if you're minority or female, you probably don't need to apply. Been in pharma a long time and it's pretty standard for diversity to mainly be represented in the research arm. Relypsa leaders can do better, stop with the good old boy's network, hiring and promoting men like you. We might actually have some true leadership if we seriously start to value all instead of just paying lip service to diversity. You can count the African-American TAMS on one hand, why is that? There aren't any black DM's and less than a handful of women VPs. Yes, one recent promo of a black male and female to VP, that's a start but It's just a drop in the bucket If you're the best for the job and happen to be white and male good for you, but if you're best for the job and a minority and don't get it, bad for Relypsa. BTW - in case you're wondering, I happen to be a white male and I'm damn good at what I do with a goal to continue to promote, but I wouldn't want my wife working here.

Obviously you're not from Forest Labs like half of the sales force here. Neither am I. It's a Stepford sales force, talk about favoritism and a good ole' boys network, If you aren't part of the original "in" crowd, you can kiss your promotion goals good bye.

I'm all formpeople getting a fair shot so this isn't about race or gender but it might help if the recent promotion of the "black male to VP" wasn't so condescending and a know-it-all! He is so full of himself that whatever knowledge he has is overshadowed by his arrogant attitude. Any questions, comments or clarity? No?!! Silence is acceptance.

Well, he may seem like it but honestly how can you trust someone who has another mistress in Utah?

He ruined many lifes by living two. He has no conscious and didn't even apologize. How does he sleep at night?

Leading through voicemails is not leading. Big changes and instead of owning your decisions and leading the change at the front, both new directors hid behind their desks and let their minions deliver the news. Cowardly leadership. Your televangelist VM today was a day late and a dollar short. Your minion, someone we do look up to, did the best they could already explaining the reality. Way to support your sales force!

    He should try being honest!
Without trust, there is nothing. Strive always to be honest, to be loyal, and to live up to your good reputation. An honest man does more than tell the truth – he lives it. He is straightforward and trustworthy in all of his thoughts and deeds, and willing to be vulnerable when necessary. His authenticity is never called into question.
