In 2018, level 14 and above are getting Teslas, while rest of us get Prius

I completely get it. You don't seem to. You're busy lamenting about what used to be and wishing that it would all come back. It's gone. The company you want Novo to be doesn't exist anymore. You can either accept the version of Novo as it is or go somewhere else. That really, truly is the choice that you have. Bitching and moaning about the good old days doesn't make them come back. My point was that if you've reached you're breaking point, then go ahead and leave. If that means good ones go, then that's what will happen. Novo Nordisk will continue to exist without you or me. That's a guarantee.

This type of answer is exactly why the company morale is in the toilet. I hope Denmark asks to see the Our Voice results. Guessing they were bad based on what my manager shared.

    Exist, YES... Thrive, NO.

We know the company can't use the excuse of shitty Fleet cars due to the cost of Christmas gifts. Just saying.

What did you buy with your 20 way to go?

It's possible that you overestimate your value to the company.

Sorry that the truth seems to be a bad thing to you. Next time I'll lie to you so that your morale will go through the roof!

come on guys don't just sit around complaining about it - do something ABOUT IT.
Give the big guy in Rochester a call and ask him HOW he is driving a ford pick up truck - his company car.
    It can be done.

Right. Because if 50% of the current DCS team up and leaves, you're thinking that we will never be able to replace with similar talent, and be stuck with a bunch of ex-Novartis, BMS, AZ, Wyeth, BI and Sanofi reps. And I guess that you believe that our docs all agree that those reps SUCKED, and NNI was the cream of the crop.

Why do you care? And, you're acting like a Ford pick-up is a Rolls Royce. Get over it.

Actually it is a big deal. No need for any rep to have a truck. I side with the OP on this one.

Interesting that all of the cost cutting comes from the company foot soldiers. Do you think for one minute that the c-suite guys are having to make sacrifices? Just the opposite. Their perks increase year over year. It's a Ponzi scheme, bottom line. Andy is a corporate clown.

You didn't answer the question. Why do you care and why is a pick-up truck any nicer than any other car choice?

Let me learn ya sumpthin: this is how it works in corporate America. Do you not read any financial or business-related pubs? Look at how salary+ perks packages of senior leadership have risen in the past 18 years, especially when compared to the flat "increases" our outright cuts handed out to the foot-soldiers. This isn't a Ponzi scheme. This is status quo. Remember when we (the US taxpayer) had to bail out the Wall Street houses a few years back? You DO know that all of those managing directors and VPs still made their customary seven figure bonuses that year, don't you?

"The people are starving, because there is not enough bread? Let them eat cake". In other words, if you don't like the set-up here…Wal-Mart is hiring.

NNI 2020 vision to be more green, and to have more green. We all will get Teslas if NNI meets our goals!

Forgive me as I choke on my breakfast laughing at your comments. You make a shitload of money as a sales rep and are about the furthest thing from a 'foot soldier' as you could be. No one one is going to whip up any sympathy for you as you bring home $100k+ in salary/bonus and have a great benefits package, regardless of how much the executives at the company make. Add in, you might want to read the annual report sometime - our global and US Executive team make a lot of money, but nowhere near what executives at many other companies make. It's publicly disclosed and our bylaws have specific limits on executive compensation. Go sell your cry baby bullshit story to someone stupid.

You realize that the "shitload" of money that the sales people make only provides them and their families a middle class lifestyle right? You think a rep in Manhattan can live in most areas of Manhattan? Wrong.

First of all, the United States is bigger than Manhattan. Not sure if you knew that or not. Second, no one is crying for you. If you make more than $100k per year, you are in the top 14% of earners in the country. Keep trying to act like you are scraping by and are a 'foot soldier' - you're rich by most standards. Sorry.
