Just a letter to your mgr. they can forward to HR. It can be just a couple sentences.

HR has a big problem on its hands. Lots of reps leaving and for good reason. Lack of benefits, lack of pay, ridiculous goals and absurd payouts (low) for effort. Thanks for that 33k bump in pay. You might as well make it 50k since you don't pay out shit anyhow to us. And thanks for raising the prices on the drugs so that it makes it more difficult for patients to afford medicine.

I just picked up the phone and called my ASM. Followed it up with an email, then a goodbye letter to the team

If you give notice can you still get Cobra for 18 months or is Cobra only allowed if you are fired? Thanks.

T3 is already a lost cause for many

this is lundbeck's best year for a reason and its not that they are selling more. Its that they are going cheap.... low pay, low benefits, low commissions, low budgets, can't drive the sales, less meetings

Poor aussie canadian who moved back to the states to watch everything she moved here for not happen. I give it 6 months and she's off somewhere else possibly back in Canada

Not overly smart to spend your entire career at Lundbeck.

This company is viewed as a joke by the main players.

Most likely you will be done the day you resign. You will get your T2 bonus. Congrats on your new job! I think Lundbeck has resigned themselves to turnover of this magnitude. They know there is really nothing they can do to stop it. There are too many issues for them to address. It's time to see if the grass is a little greener on he other side. It just makes sense to see if it is.

Congrats on your new job. One big thing fill up your car with gas prior to telling them. The gas card is closed in hours. You can still drive the car until the pick it up. I am right behind you, on my way out.

real leaders address the issues. Unfortunately we have seen several years post Dan and it's been nothing short of a downward spiral of mediocrity. The IDP's of these senior leaders are these town hall events and really what has advanced with it? This company surely has plans in place 1-2 years out and right now to have nothing of a vision to share will just result in more sales declines. HQ hasn't figured out what happens when people start to see the house burn down.... sales drop because the focus isn't on the company anymore... it's self preservation and finding new work.

Dan is the one who pushed the Northera acquisition and pricing it at 100K plus.

If you know you are leaving, the smart sales rep policy is to NOT SAY ANYTHING FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN.

I got away with working 4 hours per week for an entire quarter. Logging fake calls and buying bs lunches (more like ordering lunch for my offices via phone and having them fax me sign in sheets). Also buying myself $300 gift cards and expensive them to the lunches with lost receipt forms.

It takes people a while to catch on so if your leaving milk it for all you can. Literally don't go on to the field. Stay at home. Relax. Smoke a blunt. Masturbate. Watch Netlix. The life of a true pharma rep getting paid $75k plus benefits to stay at home and get stoned! : )

The only time it would work, even if you didn't have ethical issues being this dishonest, is if this were your last job before retirement.

It's a small world out there. You don't think HR picks up the phone and calls all your former employers when they are hiring?

Sounds like it might've been your typical day even before you found a new job.
