As one who does a lot of extras for the company for over six years, am I the only one realizing that G no longer cares like it once did. What happened to management encouragement and signs of appreciation in employees??? Moral has gone down the drain, way down!

Also, who are we really Galderma or Nestle Skin Health?
What are we aspiring to be? An Rx, aesthetic, self-med or consumer company?

One fundamental questions are sorted, G can care again

Sooo you're so special unlike others that left early on. You gave more than everyone else and so now you deserve to be treated special?!

It would be different if it was a few, but There were way too many people that left and some were forced out, even after they gave their all. I'd admire your loyalty and commitment but not in this case.

Lay in your bed and wait for it to go down or maybe they throw you over....
 
Having worked at the Princeton office for many years, I have seen the company go from bad to worse. R&D has taken a back seat with nothing in the pipeline. Upper management was bad enough when L'Oreal was overseeing things, but when Nestle took over, we knew our days were numbered. Nestle Skin Health is a joke,
 
OK Peter Piper, we get it how fragile you are. The world is crying with you little boy who is so disappointed that the world changed and now you have to grow up and face a dark reality.
 
i wish people cared more about my sensitive feelings. Ever since Trump won, I am feeling like no one really cares how I feel. I've tried to talk to someone about it, but all they say is grow up and grow a set. This makes me sad. If only HRC won the election and Harvey W was around to smooch me.
 
Like a soap opera, stay away for years, come back and you get the same story. shit or get off the pot already.

stay, cry, complain, take your meds, see your psycho dr., play the game, sleep your way to the top, be a door mat, be like Harvey in Hollywood, sue, leave or stay and just take it up the...either way, do something. No one cares. There’s always another sucker ready to take your spot, they can abuse just the same.
 
I really care. I really do. In fact I have a box of Kleenex and crying my eyes out right now because you don't feel the company cares about your sensitive feelings, and needy and nRcisstic needs.
