    Thats the tea pot calling the kettle black - loafers. You are an empty suit Brad.

    Reps work hard and do well, exceed their goals.
    Then.....
    Goals go up dramatically and those same reps are now "loafers".

    Remember, the goals were pre-set for the year, obviously we pre-calculated you would exceed your goals by 30%.

    Brad's message reminds me of the national conference call he had back when Livalo was out a couple of months and he was threatening us with our job if we didn't perform.
    C'mon Brad. We all want to do well.

    Terrible email! The above post is right, you do really well 1 quarter so they put unrealistic goals for the rest.
    We are all working our best, trust us, we are tougher on ourselves than anyone else.

    Goal based systems punish the performers and reward the weak.

    Soooooo true! The reps who were on the bottom last year are now miraculously on top! Lol, what a joke. Wonder what IC plan we are in store for next year!
