Name them and be sued for slander & defamation. Are you insane. These labs and doctors have it all figured out. I know a lab that set up POL lab in a 30+ office pain company for free. They then gave the management contract of the lab to a subsidiary of their lab at a cost of $1000 per month. They in turn got all the confirmatory work. They also set up a separate billing company and the POL and the Lab both use this billing company. When money is given to the pain POL lab it is always inflated by about $30 per sample. Unless you do a forensic audit you will never catch these guys. This lab is in PA and is run by some crooked dudes that did shady stuff in the past. There are multiple labs in Texas, Georgia and Florida. A lab in KY, 5 labs in CA, a lab in AZ. I could go on forever but will not name names. I am not stupid. The tox industry is still ripe with criminal labs and the government never does anything about it.
