I am looking forward to our town hall meeting on Oct 3. Considering what great guys we have in our Bard leadership and how "caring" they have been maybe they will be helping out BD. I'm sure they are looking out for us. Unfortunately a number of our "caring" guys have left already or are retiring.

I would nominate John Weiland as a "caring" guy but he is retiring. My next is Jim Beasely but I guess he is out. Unfortunately, Carl Koehler is long gone. I was thinking of other great honorable Bard people.

Since Hanz Yentz is gone, maybe Ron Curry might be on this list. Sounds like another "caring" guy? We have a lot of "caring" people in HR?

Who else can we nominate? Rob? Paddy? Tim? Rian? Simon?

Last caring guy was Koehler - oh wait he is long gone -

So maybe the headline should be "fire __________"

Bard is a two year job because you started in B2B and just landed your first medical job. you wear your lutonix scrubs and shirt around the hospital and your told you are in the big leagues now. You go to the pool with hot babes in las vegas or your that hot babe hanging with the dudes at the pool. You drink a lot and do a little coke with your manager or his manager. You watch them work hard and play harder. these people are your friends and you are so lucky to work for a company this cool. your pushy and aggressive because that is what your told to do. You win an award and then next year you realize your upside down on your quota and your not going to make any money. Your manager won't return your calls.

You get your resume ready, you are working like a dog and you are being treated like one as well and maybe it's time to get a real medical job that is something more than a frat party.

Now you realize that the guys you don't know in New Jersey just sold the company for a armored car load of money. You hear the carefusion reps got screwed and your next in line. You call your recruiter and you prepare to leave like many of the reps before you. Of course they couldn't hack it, it's not Bard, it's you

U must at the bottom of the contest. Time to make some money and finish the year strong. Helps your resume and pocketbook when u move some boxes. Maybe even pick up some hardware and a trip for the missus and It will put me in good standing with BD.

    People like you should quit.

I work for BD, and as much as I know that there is no way to predict this stuff and that it is all speculation, BD seems to be the most transparent company I have been with who has gone through a merger or acquisition. I really don't get the feeling that Bard reps should be thinking doom and gloom. I think BD wants the expertise that you guys have with PICC's and CVC's, and BD's reps currently have no knowledge of those products other than peripheral IV catheters. Also, BD adopted more to Carefusion's business model and strategies, so I wouldn't say that Carefusion reps got screwed over by any means. Their Pyxis, Alaris, PhaSeal, Maxplus reps are all thriving.

There are many of those crooked Bard boys who need to go!Maybe Rob Hanson who's management skills are equivalent to a loaf of bread will possibly become toast!

Acquisition is done and unless you were in corporate nothing has changed. Optimum paid out as usual this month. Slight change in our contest is about the only change that affects us. Same people, same culture, lutonix is kicking butt! Bard a division of BD, sorry haters, you were wrong
